A man has suffered from recurring migraines all his life. After a particularly bad attack, he decides to go and get the problem treated. The doctor gives him a thorough inspection, and with a solemn look on his face, gives the man his diagnosis.
"I'm afraid your testicles have been pushing up on your spine, which is putting pressure on your brain. You're going to have to get them amputated if you don't want to get a stroke at the age of 45"
Naturally the man is horrified [...]

Naturally the man is horrified by the news, but he decides to go through with the surgery.
1 year on, he has grown accustomed to life without testicles. One day he decides to go out and buy some new pairs of underwear. The salesmen tells him "I have a special trick, I can guess the underwear size of any man who comes into my shop"
The man is skeptical, and asks him to try.
"OK... you wear size 24" says the salesman
"wrong, I take size 22!"
"but that's impossible... with underwear that small, your balls would be putting pressure on your spinal cord, giving you these terrible headaches...
